What is the company?
The company is a registered exchange that offers crypto-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat exchange services and wallet services. Check out our About Us page to learn more about who we are and what our mission is.

How to register with the company?
  1. Open the company’s website and click on the “Sign up” button in the top right corner.
  2. Fill in the required information (email address and password)
  3. Congrats! You are now part of our platform.

What are the requirements to open an account with the company?
  • Provide a working email address.
  • Be at least 18 years old.

What should I do if I have not received an activation email?
In case you don’t see an email with an activation link in your inbox after registration, please do the following:
  • Check your spam box.
  • Make sure you have registered with the correct email.

How to get verified?
Our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is simple and takes only a few minutes. Go to the Verification page to start the process.
Make sure the photo is in focus with the camera and there are no light reflections. All four corners of the ID card/passport should be visible.
Make sure your ID/Passport is not expired.
If your card is still rejected, please contact [email protected] for more information about your verification.

What are the requirements to get verified with the company?
Verification on the website normally takes under 10 minutes. For compliance purposes, you must pass ID and address verification before you can use the company’s funding options and execute trades. Get verified on the Verification page.

My details have changed, should I do anything?
Once you complete your verification, your current details will be available on your Verification page. If any of your details change (such as family name, address, occupation), please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the change.

How to turn on 2-Step Verification?
You can turn on your 2-Factor Authenticator from your personal account data page on our website.

The system works with the Google Authenticator app, which you need to download on your phone from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.

If you want to sync Google Authenticator with your account on the website, you will need to set up Google Authenticator on your smartphone first. The whole process of setting up the app and the Google account is mentioned below. Follow the steps carefully.

Step 1: First, download and install the Google Authenticator application. It is available on the Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for IOS devices. The app is completely free.
Step 2: Now, keep the app open and open the website on your desktop browser. Click the button "Activate", and a QR code will appear. Scan the QR code with your newly downloaded app of Google Authenticator app and continue to the next step to verify it. Optionally, you can input the setup key manually.
Step 3: Click the + button to add the account to the website you have created and scan the QR code. You will see the account appear inside the app.
Step 4: Next time you enter the website, the system will ask you for a 2FA code. Please open the app and enter the code you see generated inside. The codes are changing every minute for better security.

The 2FA code is also necessary for other operations on the website. Keep your phone close when you decide to use the platform.

Why should you use 2FA?
When large-scale password breaches happen — and they happen a lot — credentials are often sold and swapped in online marketplaces and hacking forums. Some attackers break into accounts for entertainment, and some for a payday. It’s typically not personal. In rare circumstances, attackers have a specific group or person in their crosshairs.

How to open a Corporate Account?

How to deactivate your Account?
If you wish to deactivate your account, no matter what the reason, please contact us at [email protected].
Where can I see how much funding I have?
You can see your fiat and crypto balances on the “Wallet” page. From there, you can also deposit and withdraw funds. Your “Available Balance” shows the funds you can currently use.
Where can I find my order and transaction history?
You can find your orders and transaction history on your profile page.

Where can I check current prices?
You can find all crypto prices for the currencies that the company offers on our “Exchange” page.
How to buy/sell crypto?
Go to “Exchange”, then choose the cryptocurrency you wish to trade, and click on “Trade”. After that, click on the buy or sell section and enter the desired amount, and click the buy/sell button. Your order will be processed at the exact rate at which you confirmed it, and your available balances - updated accordingly.
The order will take a few minutes to be processed. The process is automatic and does not require manual human actions.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password through your profile settings. (Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one upper and lower-case letter, number, and special character – for example $, #, @, !, %, ^, &, *, ), (

Fiat Funding - Bank transfer (SEPA)

Which fiat currencies does the company support?
You can deposit, withdraw, and trade on the platform with EUR. We currently only support Bank transfers (SEPA - Single Euro Payments Area), but we are working hard to bring you additional funding options.
Which countries participate in SEPA?
The SEPA region consists of 36 European countries, including several countries that are not part of the euro area or the European Union.

How to deposit euros via Bank transfer (SEPA)?
  1. Log in to your verified account.
  2. Go to "Wallet".
  3. To the right of your EUR balance, choose Deposit from the "Actions" plus button (+).
  4. Choose the BANK Transfer payment method.
  5. Use the bank details to send us the deposit from your e-banking. Especially important is the Payment Description (unique for each customer) because this is the number we use to connect the deposit in the bank with your account.
  6. Transfer the amount of money you would like to have on the platform through your BANK.

How much time do Bank deposits (SEPA) take?
Deposits via SEPA usually take 0-5 working days to get credited to your account.

How to withdraw euros via Bank transfer (SEPA)?
  1. Log in to your verified account.
  2. Go to "Wallet".
  3. To the right of your EUR balance, choose to Withdraw from the "Actions" minus button (-)
  4. In order to withdraw money to a personal account, you need to have the 2-Factor authenticator activated. Enter the 2fa Code.
  5. A window will appear where you need to enter your IBAN and the amount you would like to withdraw, and then click the "Submit" button.
  6. Important: The recipient IBAN must be an account under your name.

How much time do Bank withdrawals (SEPA) take?
Withdrawals via SEPA usually take 0-5 working days.

Crypto Funding


How to deposit crypto?
  1. Log in to your verified company account.
  2. Go to "Wallet".
  3. To the right of your crypto balance, choose Deposit from the "Actions" plus button (+)
  4. Enter the amount you would like to deposit and confirm the transaction.
  5. You need to have your 2-Factor Authenticator activated and enter the code.
  6. Copy the deposit address into your wallet or scan the QR code and send the desired amount in crypto

How to withdraw crypto?
  1. Log in to your verified account.
  2. Go to "Wallet".
  3. To the right of your crypto balance, choose to Withdraw from the "Actions" minus button (-)
  4. You need to have your 2-Factor Authenticator activated and enter the code.
  5. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and your wallet address. Confirm the transaction.
